Learn NVC

Nonviolent Communication (NVC) helps us reach beneath the surface and discover what is alive and vital within us, and how all of our actions are based on human needs that we are seeking to meet.

Penny embodies empathy, and generously offers her hand and heart as a skilful compassionate companion to those who are open to exploring their inner space. I would love everyone to have the gift of Penny’s empathic companionship and wise counsel РSura Hart, International NVC trainer

What is Nonviolent Communication (NVC) ?

Nonviolent Communication [NVC] is an internationally recognised process used in more than 30 countries in homes, companies, schools, prisons, charities, healthcare settings, social services, counselling and peace work with people of all ages.

As a facilitator, teacher and trainer I consider my strengths to be in the areas of empathic communication, peace building, creative conflict resolution and supporting people in finding meaning, joy and purpose in their lives.
