Gratitude: The Sweetest Game in Town!

This event is open to anyone who would like to spend time together creating a space where we will:
• Explore experientially the benefits and gifts gratitude and appreciation – including self-appreciation offer us
• Discover ways to live with renewed energy and savour moments that matter
• Develop practices to integrate more gratitude and appreciation into our daily lives
• Play, celebrate, laugh and cry together!
